Dear Kapanga Users,
This issue came up on build 2138 and is due to an automatic network interface detection
feature.
Many network interfaces are available to us (vpn, providers, etc) so there are some cases
where the software would choose 0.0.0.0 as the interface. This potentially leads to
the phone not being able to establish two-way audio.
To avoid this problem, please follow these steps :
- Click on Kapanga Logo icon on the lower right of the phone
- Select Configuration, then General Settings
- Click on the Miscellaneous Parameters tab
- Make sure the "User Interface" drop down is selecting your active interface
- On the Network Interface section uncheck "Use Any Address"
